Overview
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client/customer relationships, formulate sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients/ customers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored sales strategies and campaigns to target specific industries or market segments.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand our network.
Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Hitting sales target.
Creating detailed business plans and sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the [industry/sector].
Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
