Job Overview: We are seeking experienced level Support Agents to provide first-line support for our premium North American client. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, investigate tickets, and resolve customer queries, problems, and incident notifications with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle incoming customer support calls

 Investigate and resolve customer tickets

 Address customer queries, problems, and incident notifications Perform associated tasks related to customer support

 Provide first-line support for various customer issues Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 when necessary

 Logging all relevant information in the ticketing system Providing timely updates to customers

 Adhering to defined SLAs

 Following up on open tickets

 Updating knowledge base articles

 Participating in training sessions

 Escalating issues to Tier 2 when necessary Required

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

) Minimum 3+ years of experience in North American customer service as an Agent Fluent in English (C1 level proficiency required)

 Additional language skills in Spanish or French-Canadian (must also be fluent in English)

 Excellent English accent, equivalent to a Versant TOP score Strong problem-solving and communication skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 Proficiency in relevant customer support software and tools

Preferred Skills:

Experience in tech support or related fields

 Knowledge of CRM systems

 Familiarity with ticket management systems Work Environment:
