Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns by providing effective solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage loyalty and retention.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer situations.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
