Profile: Tele sales Representative

Salary: Up to 18k plus huge incentives

Location: Dwarka sec 7

Shift: Day (10 AM to 7 PM)

Experience: Freshers and Experienced both can apply

Candidates should be good in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, follow-ups, and leads provided to introduce the GST franchise opportunity.
• Consultative Sales Approach: Educate potential franchisees about the benefits, services, and support provided by the GST franchise system.
• Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into signed agreements by effectively presenting the franchise opportunity and addressing client queries and objections.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and ensure that they have all the information needed to make an informed decision.
• Maintain Sales Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Reporting: Regularly report sales activity, performance, and challenges to the Sales Manager/Franchise Manager.
• Market Research: Stay informed about the GST and franchise industry trends to offer knowledgeable advice to prospects.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the GST franchise model or willingness to quickly learn the details.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of a team.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully.
• Candidates should have convincing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
