Location: Noida, Sector 142
Shift: Rotational Shift or Night Shift
Salary: Up to ₹65,000/month
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Spare Parts Manager with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing international auto spare parts sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the international auto parts industry, effective team leadership, and a drive for achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Manage and drive sales of international auto spare parts by identifying new business opportunities, expanding customer base, and developing long-term relationships.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets are met and maintaining high standards of performance and productivity.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with clients from international markets, understanding their requirements, and providing timely solutions.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure seamless supply chain management for international spare parts.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer demands in the global auto spare parts market.
• Reporting: Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents to track the performance of sales activities.
• Quality Control: Ensure the delivery of high-quality parts that meet international standards, while handling returns and complaints in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in international auto spare parts sales.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the international auto spare parts market, product specifications, and supply chain management.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close sales.
• Team Management: Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational or night shifts.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales management software.
• Language: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
