Shift for Female : 9:00 to 6:00PM and 8:00 to 5:00PM

Job Summary : A Customer Service Executive role typically requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a reasonable typing speed. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Role & Responsibility :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and product inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Continuously strive to improve knowledge of products, services, and customer service processes.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to type accurately and efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes effectively.
Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Skills:
Average communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email, Microsoft Excel)
Good typing speed 40WPM.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
