Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to 22k plus incentives

Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries and provide resolutions effectively.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation at all times.
Ensure timely and accurate response to customer inquiries.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data privacy.
Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
Minimum graduation qualification from a recognized university.
At least 1 year of BPO experience in a calling environment is required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
