Job Description:
We are seeking Graduate professionals proficient in English or our Customer Service Executive role. Candidates should be willing to work in night shifts and have a good command of fluent English.
Key reponsibilities:
Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Identify and escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments as necessary.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduates preferred; Freshers can also apply.
- Prior experience in call center operations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with US telecom regulations and data protection policies.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with US telecom products, services, and market trends is a plus.
