Job Title: International Sales Executive
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
Shift: US Shift (Rotational Offs)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team. As an essential part of our sales division, you will be key in engaging with international clients, driving business growth, and helping the company expand its global reach.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for international clients.
• Sell the company’s products/services to potential international clients.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
• Update client information and sales data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Sales or Voice Process (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Comfortable working in US shifts and rotating weekly offs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Prior experience working with documents and process-related tasks is a plus.

Additional Details:

• Location: Noida (Work from Office)
• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month based on experience and performance.
• Shift Timing: US Shift (Exact hours based on company policy).
• Off days: Rotational off (Two days off during the week).
• Transport: No cab facility available.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
