Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic International Sales Agent to join our growing team in Juhu, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in international sales and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, US shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound international sales calls and emails
- Promote and sell products/services to overseas clients (primarily US market)
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international sales (B2C)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Comfortable working night shifts (US hours)
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
