Sales Team Leader

Location – Sector 18, Gurugram

Job Types- Full-time, Permanent

Salary- Up to 40,000 CTC

Shift: Day Shift

Candidates should have min 1 year experience in Sales – Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents.
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Analyse sales data and prepare reports for management.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance updates.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimise sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales operations and principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to Analyse data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
