Profile: Travel Customer Service Agent

Salary: Up to 40k

Location: Dwarka sec 11

Shift: Night/US Shift

Working Days: 5 days with 2 Rotational offs

Experience: Min 2+ year exp in US Flight Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process glight booking and sales inquiries.
  • Utilize GDS (Amadeous & Sabre) to facilitate and manage reservation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries effectively.
  • Achieves assigned target and contribute to overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • Min 2+ year of experience in US Flight.
  • Proficiency in GDS system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must come from US Flight sales background.
  • Immediate joiners preffered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
