Job Description: Sales Advisor – Voice Process

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18
Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office (WFO)

Eligibility:

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Graduation is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills required

Role and Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers
• Assisting customers with product/service inquiries, and offering solutions
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth
• Maintaining a positive and professional interaction with customers
• Resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shifts for Male Candidates
• Day Shift for Female Candidates

Compensation:

• Salary up to ₹24,000 CTC
• Incentives up to ₹20,000 based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹24,000.00 per month
